Locke Coffee Systems

Subscription billing, loyalty, WiFi gating — a full operational stack built for a physical coffee shop, where the back-of-house is also a barista.

01 / Problem

Three vendors. Three logins. Zero integration.

The shop ran on a stitched-together set of subscription, loyalty, and WiFi tools — none of which talked to each other. Every customer insight required a spreadsheet and an evening.

02 / Approach

One stack, customer at the center.

We rebuilt the operational layer around a single customer record. Subscriptions, loyalty redemptions, and WiFi access flow through one system; staff use one screen instead of three.

WiFi gating doubles as a soft sign-up funnel — the customer gets internet, the shop gets a profile and a permission to follow up.

03 / Result

The shop runs the system, not the other way around.

Staff onboarding got dramatically simpler. The owner sees real subscription, loyalty, and traffic data in one place. The stack is flexible enough to extend into a second location without a rebuild.
